Today we've added support for quarterly subscription pricing to complement our existing monthly and annual subscriptions for customers on our Advanced plan.
You'll find the option to create quarterly pricing plans inside your admin panel, under all pricing plan setup pages.
For customers with international support, additional translations have been added to reflect these new items.
We're happy to share that a heavily requested feature is now available: custom field multi choice input.
All customers enjoying custom fields can now create multiple option checkbox inputs for all forms including custom fields (jobs, employer accounts, job seeker accounts and job applications).
For users who choose to lock the job search, we are happy to introduce an improved UI featuring a job search teaser, making it even more appealing for potential candidates to sign up and join your job board.

Today we published a new behavior for pricing plan payment processing for all Advanced customers: invoice-only.
By toggling the "invoice only" setting on any pricing plan, you allow employers to post jobs without checking out on the spot, instead receiving an invoice via email to pay later.
Any invoice-only plan will now skip payment processing, and instead show the following note:
Set your plans to invoice only in your dashboard under "Jobs" > "Pricing".

Today we've released a new way to report spam employer accounts that might slip through your job board.
Though our existing setup of recaptchas and requiring payment methods to post jobs, as well as manual validation prevent 99% of incoming spam, some customers using free plans with direct posting have experienced occasional fake employer sign ups.
To counter this, we are now introducing a crowd-sourced reporting feature, allowing you to flag any employer account as spam.
Once flagged, an account will be deleted and saved in our spam database so that it is prevented from ever posting on your job board. We'll be using that data to continually improve our spam defenses with smart learning capabilities.
To report an employer as spam, head to your dashboard under "Manage data" > "Employers", click the "..." button then "Report spam".

Today we're happy to release a first version of our web scraping feature for all Advanced users!
This new feature allows you to easily and automatically scrape jobs from career websites, job boards and company ATS pages.
To use it, head to your dashboard, under "Automations" and click the "Web / XML import" page. There, you can paste a link to the page you'd like to scrape. Wait a short while and boom... your jobs are imported into your job board!

We've just added a new page in the job seeker admin to help candidates easily manage their job alerts. This feature is now available for customers on all plans.
Now, job seekers can view and unsubscribe from job alerts right from their admin panel.
In addition to this, job alerts will now automatically use a logged job seeker's email to subscribe to new job alerts, making the subscription process even faster.

Within your admin, you can now setup your custom domain to be used for all emails sent through your job board (job alerts, welcome email... all of them!).

Today we released an improvement on the user interface of most of the job filters: while job filters such as job category or job type were previously limited to one selection at a time, we've now updated our filtering capability to allow for the selection of multiple options at once.

For all customers using our Membership functionality, we've improved our pricing page display for job plans: while previously all member and non-member plans were mixed up in one combined view, now the pricing page features a toggle to clearly separate member pricing from non-member pricing.

This feature allows employers to invite team members (such as recruiters) to come manage their dashboard and job postings with them. Team members get access to all regular employer features except for billing method management.

To use this feature, simply use create coupons as usual in your admin panel and you will be able to apply them to subscription plans during checkout. Existing coupons will also work as intended.

We've just launched a super simple way to track sales originated from select partners for all Business customers: to use this feature, simply share your unique partner tracking urls and any sale generated through that link will be marked accordingly.
The tracking cookie set by the unique URLs will last 30 days.

We've just released a new feature to further improve SEO for Ultimate plan users: custom job pages.
In addition to being able to create custom content pages, you can now add specific jobs on each custom page (filtered by company, jobtype, category etc...).

This week's update includes new functionality to allow those of you using our backfill functionality to merge this separate section back in with the regular jobs, in a unified seamless blend of posted and backfilled jobs.
To enable this feature, head over to your admin panel, under the "Backfill" page and check the "Merge" option.
We revamped the "Sitemap" page into a new, all encompassing "Indexing" page.
To speed up your job board pages and jobs indexing, you can now directly connect to your Google Search Console and submit your sitemap in just a few clicks!

Jobs custom fields will be displayed on the post a job form, as well as the job page, below the location / category / job type section.

Today, we deployed a much needed revamp of the UI for pricing plan, upsells and coupons in your admin panel.
Previously, all plans were open by default and it required a lot of scrolling to get a sense of what plans/upsells had been created.
Now, all plans are displayed in a collapsible "Card" view, allowing for quick edits and better overview of existing plans.

Today we improved the job seeker signup form, with reordered fields and a new "Experience" section to allow candidates to display their most recent work experience (For example: Designer @ Apple)
This field is now displayed in the Talent Pool.
We've refreshed the entire payment flow with a new, modern design (including a sidebar to display the currently selected plan) and a complete revamp of our payment system, which now allows for processing payments via credit card alternatives, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL and other regional payment methods.
To keep our customers up to date about recent product improvements and fixes, we are now starting a changelog, which we will keep updated regularly.
